·            6 X 50 free on 1:10, alt:

50: 10 head up /15 catch up/ 25 normal

·            6 X 50 on 1:20, alt.:
50: IM, 3-6-3-6
50: choice, 25 fast / 25 easy

·            10 minutes of non-stop kicking with 15
seconds of sprint at every whistle
·            100 easy

·            6 X 50 buckets on 1:30, alt.:
50: choice, moderate
50: free, fast

·            12 minutes of non-stop (?) swimming with:
6 cycles all out off every wall.

·            Swim down: 100 easy               ~ 2800
