·            12 X 25 on 45 seconds, alt.:
25 fly fast
25 choice easy
·            50 easy

·            8 X 50 choice on 1:10
Each 50: 25 kicking drill / 25 swim, golf style
50 easy
8 X 25 choice, all out on 1:00


·            Swim down: 150 easy
