200 pull, every 4th 25: breast (with fins)

·           4 X 50 choice w. fins on 1:15
Each 50: perfect streamline & turns

·           6 X 25, no fins, choice, on 45 sec.
       Each 25: DPPO

·           4 rounds of:
50 smooth on 1:15
100 fast on 2:00
150 faster on 2:45
50 easy on 1:30

·           Swim down: 150 easy
