·            400 swim, choice

·            6 X 50 IM as 2 rounds of:  50 kick on 1:30
                                                         50 drill on 1:20
                                                         50 DPS on 1:10

·            6 X 150 choice (or 5, or 4), 45 sec. rest
Each 150: last 10 m. of every 50 is fast,
the rest is moderate/slow/technique

·            6 X 50 choice on 1:15, build

·            300 kick, choice (or 400 if fins) as:
3 or 4 X (25 fast / 75 easy)

·            50 easy

·            Super speed work in mini pool J

·            Swim down: 3 X 50, 25 perfect / 25 easy
With 15 seconds rest
2600
