·            200 swim choice – regroup
4 X 25 free on 35”, ½ catchup + drag fingers
150 pull choice – regroup
4 X 25 on 40” – 4 breast / 3 fly combo
100 kick choice – regroup
4 X 25 on 40”, alt: double back/pull the rope

·            8 X 50 bucket on 1:30 – Each 50:
25 build with fast feet to the wall / 25 easy

·            100 easy

·            225 choice, with fins, alternating:
25 swim with strong kick (high body)
25 slower and smooth

·            Faster than fast set:
12 X 50 on 3:00, 8 with fins, 4 with dive
Each 50: 25 all out, timed / 25 easy

·            Swim down: 125 easy
