·            6 X 100 with 15 sec. rest as:
100 swim, choice
100 pull, free
100 swim, alt. 25 breast / 25 back
100 swim free, breathing every 3rd
100 swim, alt. 25 fly drill / 25 free
100 kick, with fins

·            Good, tough J IM set:
300 IM with fins – rest 1 min.
2 X 200 IM, #1 w. fins, #2 no fins – rest 30”
3 X 100 IM, no fins, on coach’s interval
(to get approx. 15-10 sec. rest)

·            100 easy

·            4 rounds of bucket fun:
1 X 50 free mod. on 1:10
1 X 25 choice, fast, on 50 seconds

·            Swim down: 4 to 8 X 25 with 10 sec. rest
Alternating: 25 fast – 25 slow
