Samedi, 14-02-15

·            400 swim, choice
          200, alternating: 50 back / 50 breast
      200 fly, with fins: 5 full strokes off every wall, finish single arm (2 left, 2 right)

·            12 X 50, 3 rounds of reverse IM order, as:
4 X 50 on 1:30
4 X 50 on 1:20
4 X 50 on 1:10

·            50 easy (to the middle & back)

·            6 X 250 free (pull?) with 30 seconds rest as:
#1- 250 moderate              #2- 50 fast, 200 mod.
#3- 100 fast, 150 mod.      #4- 150 fast, 100 mod
#5- 200 fast, 50 mod.        #5- 250 fast!!!


·            Swim down: 100 easy                             3000
