·            20 X 25 as:
6 X 25 kick choice, alt. fast / easy   on 35            6 X 25    ½ sculling / ½ swim           on 40
8 X 25 swim, descending 1     4              on 45


·            50 swim choice, easy

·            6 rounds of: (broken 100’s are race pace)
100 broken, 10 sec. rest every 25
+ 50 easy (or 100)
on 5 minutes
              Alternating: 100 with fins / 100 no fins

·            Swim down: 150 easy, easy
