·            Backstroke turn review

·            10 X 50 on 1:05, alt. 50 back / 50 free
Focus: stroke & turn (30 faster/20 slower)

·            100 breaststroke, descending count

·            3 rounds of:                              Focus:
Back/free/choice        Hold speed,
6 X 25 on: 35 / 30 / 35                     rhythm &
4 X 25 on: 30 / 25 / 30                     technique
2 X 25 on: 25 / 20 / 25
              1 X 50 easy on 1:40

·            Swim down: 50 easy
