Breaststroke: normal, w. a flutter kick
Back: same as free
Fly: single arm

·            5 X 200 as:    *200 pull, free on 4:15
200 back/breast on 4:45
*200 kick choice on 4:45
*200 swim free on 4:15
200 swim IM on 4:30 (2 X 100)

       100 easy, choice

·            10 X 100 as: *2 X 100 pull, free on 2:15
2 X 100 back/breast on 2:30
*2 X 100 kick choice on 2:30
*2 X 100 swim free on 2:15
2 X 100 IM on 2:30

·            300 as: 3 X (50 mod, 25 perfect, 25 easy)
