On 4:30, descending 1 to 4

·            150:       50 breast, count strokes
50 choice easy
50 breast, count strokes

·            Breast underwater pull: learn/practice (10’)

·            12 X 50 on 1:30, alternating:
50: 25 breast swim / 25 free drag fingers
50: 25 free normal / 25 breast, legs only

·            50 easy

·            400 swim, choice, non-stop, steady effort

·            Swim down: 100 easy
