·           400 swim, choice, dive’n glide J

·           600 with fins, alternating:
50 kick on your back / 50 swim free
Goal: moderate speed & long stroke

·           100 easy, 2 X (25 breast / 25 choice)

·           8 X 50 IM on 1:45 – count your strokes!

·           50 easy

·           12 X 50 on 2:00 as:
3 X IM order for the fast stuff
Round 1: 15 all out, 35 moderate
Round 2: 25 all out, 25 easy
Round 3: 35 all out, 15 very easy

·           Swim down: 150 very easy
