·            200 swim, choice
200 IM, drill and/or swim
200 kick, no fins, alternating:  25 fast
                                                  25 easy

·            12 X 25 on 50 seconds, 3 X IM order,
Each 25: ½ sculling, ½ swimming

·            50 easy, choice

·            2 Choices:
8 X 50 with fins on 1:30, 35 very fast, 15 easy
Or:
12 X 50 on 1:00, 3 X    3 X 50 at 400 pace
                                    1 X 50 easy

·            8 X 25 on 2:00, all out (with dives?)

·            Swim down: 8 X 25 with 10 seconds rest,
Alternating: 25 very easy, 25 perfect
