On 1:20                50: 20 breast / 30 free

·            3 X 100 kick on 2:45
Each 100: 50 moderate / 50 fast

·            Desc. set (2nd 50: 2-5 sec. faster than 1st)
8 X 50 on 1:10 + 100 easy on 3:00
6 X 50 on 1:20 + 100 easy on 3:00
6 X 50 on 1:30 + 100 easy

·            400 with fins, alt. 100 IM – 100 choice
