·            400 swim, choice

·            8 X 100 pull & paddles on:
2 X 100 on 1:50
2 X 100 on 1:40
2 X 100 on 1:30
2 X 100: 50 under 40, 50 easy, on 2:00

·            30 minutes of breaststroke work J
5 stations of approx. 6 minutes as:
              # 1 Kick with the band
              # 2 Swim with the breast fins
              # 3 Sitting pull    
              # 4 Vertical kick
              # 5 4 X 50 swim perfect on 1:30  all together

·            400 with fins, alternating:
50 back / 50 ?? fly-free

·            6 X 50 fly – back on 1:20


·            Swim down: 100 easy                      ~ 3000
