·            4 X alt.:  100 pull & paddles, fast, on 1:40
50 easy, no free, on 1:10

·            Fin set - 3 rounds of:

200 kick, fast, on 3:30

100 swim, alt. 25 free / 25 back on 2:00
Goal: smooth, high body position

50 swim, fast fly, on 1:00

50 easy, choice on 1:30

·            Swim down: 8 X 25 with 5 sec. rest
Alternating: 25 easy / 25 perfect
