Alternating: 50 IM / 50 choice
Focus: good technique, high body position

·            250 free, no fins, as:
200 build, by 50’s / last 50: easy

·            16 X 50 as 4 X IM order
4 X 50: 8 cycles fast / finish easy, on 1:30
4 X 50: 8 cycles all out / finish easy, on 1:45
4 X 50: 12 cycles fast / finish easy, on 2:00
4 X 50: all fast, for time, on 2:30

·            150 easy

·            400 with fins, steady effort
