200 pull, free, alt.: 25 drag / 25 normal

·            16 X 50 on 1:05 as 2 rounds of:
4 X 50 with fins, each 50: 25 swim / 25 kick
4 X 50 swim, no fins, steady pace
30 seconds extra to get the fins back on

·            100 choice, easy

·            Kilometre Challenge:
Swim 1000 for time (choice stroke)
