·            400 swim, choice
·            200 kick, choice

·            8 X 50 on 1:30 – 2 of each stroke, rev. IM
Alt.: 50 drill (25 left / 25right) / 50 swim

·            200 back with fins, smooth, with good turns

·            400 free w. fins & paddles, w. good turns

·            12 X 50 alternating:    50 back/free on 1:15
50 free on 1:05

·            Backstroke starts: technique & practice

·            Swim down: 100 easy
