Mardi, 27-01-15

·            400 choice, every 4th 25: no free

·            3 X 100 pull or swim, on 1:45
Descending (w. paddles?)

·            100 kick IM, no board
Focus: good body position

·            8 X 25: ½ sculling, ½ swimming – rest: 15”


·            2 rounds of:
4 X 25 on 1:00, descending & fast “golf”
4 X 25 on 1:00, very fast but controlled
1 X 50 easy on 2:00

·            Practice relay exchanges: fun relays

·            Swim down: 200 easy
