·            4 X 100 with 15 sec. rest, alternating:
100 swim, choice
100 pull, free

·            8 X 25 on 50 seconds, ½ sculling, ½ swim,
Alternating: 25 free / 25 back

·            50 breast long, follow your leader drill

·            8 X 25 on 50 seconds, ½ kick fast, ½ swim,
Alternating: 25 free / 25 back

·            50 breast long, follow your leader drill

·            16 X 25 choice on 1:15, as fast as you can J

·            8 X 50 on 1:10, smooth, with good turns

·            100 easy
