Count every stroke – keep it steady

·            8 X 50 with fins on 1:10, alt.:
50 back kick (arms up?)

·            3 X 100 stroke on 2:20, for best average

·            100 easy, choice

·            400 free, pull & paddles
Count every stroke – keep it steady

·            8 X 50 free drills, on coach’s interval

·            3 X 100 free on 1:45, for best average
