·            300 swim, choice
200 pull, free
100 kick, choice, no fins

·            8 X 25 breast drills on coach’s interval

·            1 X 100 breast, build

·            Practice breast/fly turns on deck

·            8 X 25 breast from mid-pool on 1:00

·            Fly work with fins as:
8 X 75 (fly /free /fly) on 1:45

·            6 X 25 on 45 sec., fly or breast, fast

·            Swim down: 150 easy
