3 X 50 IM, descending 1 to 3
1 X 50 easy, choice

·           Freestyle, aerobic set:
3 rounds of:
       2 X 100 fast on 1:45 (or 1:50)
       1 X 100 moderate, on 3:30
       3 X 100 fast, on 1:55
       1 X 100 moderate on 3:15

·           Swim down set:             
4 X 50 kick choice with 10 sec. rest
