·            200 swim, choice
4 X 50 pull free on 55, breathing every 4-5

·            2 rounds of: (of your favorite stroke)
4 X 25 kick fast (choice) on 50 seconds
2 X 50 swim w. perfect technique on 1:15

·            24 X 25 on 40 seconds (favorite stroke)
Goal: hold 100 race pace for each 25

·            100 easy choice
Second stroke:
3 X 50 on 1:20 with perfect technique
50 easy choice

·            16 X 25 on 45 seconds (second stroke)
       Goal: hold 100 race pace for each 25

·            Swim down: 100 easy
