·            400 swim, choice +
200 pull, every 50: 10m sculling / 40m pull

·            16 X 50 choice * on 1:30 as 4 rounds of:
(*: could be done IM order)

50: 1/3 left arm, 1/3 right arm, 1/3 normal
50: 10 cycles for max. distance / finish easy
50: 1/3 fists, 1/3 band, 1/3 normal
50: 10 cycles for max. speed / finish easy

Measure the distance on 2nd 50 & try to match at maximum speed.

·            50 easy

·            16 X 50 on 2:00, alternating:
50 all out
50 easy

·            Swim down: 150 easy (or more)
