·            300 swim, choice
300 IM, 75 of each stroke as:
3 X (25 kick / 25 drill / 25 swim)

·            12 X 75 on 1:40 as 3 rounds of:
75 fly-back-breast
75 back-breast-free
75 choice
75 free
Focus:
50 fast w. perfect turns & tech. / 25 mod.

·            300 kick, choice, alt. 25 fast / 25 mod.

·            4 X 25 choice on 50 sec., fast but controlled
Rest: 1 – 5 min.
1 X 100 choice, for time (2 or 3 heats)

·           Swim down: 6 to 8 X 25 very, very smooth
