·            8 X 50 with fins, 2 X reverse IM order, as:
4 X 50: 25 kick/ 25 swim on 1:15
4 X 50: 25 swim fast / 25 single arm on 1:30

·            Add-up 400 IM as:
2 X 50 on 1:00
2 X 100 on 2:00
2 X 50 on 1:00
+ 100 easy

·            Add-up 800 free as:
2 X 200 on 3:20
2 X 100 on 1:40
4 X 50 on 50
+ 200 easy – everything on 18 minutes

·            Another add-up 800 J:
4 X 50 on 50
2 X 100 on 1:40
2 X 200 on 3:20 + 200 easy
