·            20 X 25 on 50 sec., IM order as:

25: 7 cycles all out, finish easy choice

·            3 rounds of: 50 fast on 1:30
100 on 2:00 (double 50 + 3-4”)
150 on 2:30, as fast as you can
100 easy on 2:30

·            Swim down: 100 easy
