·            16 X 50 kick with fins on 1:10
If possible: descending 1 to 4

·            200 easy, as 2 X:
25 back – 25 breast – 50 free

·            16 X 50 choice, as 4 rounds of:
50: build on 1:30
50: drop 3 seconds on 1:40
50: drop 2 seconds on 1:50
50: faster? On 2:00

·            50 easy

·            10 minutes of wall drills:
1-   High elbow
2-   Breast kick
3-   Streamline
4-   Vertical kick

·            50 easy                                             2500
