·            300 swim, choice
200 IM, drills of your choice
100 kick choice, with fins

·            12 X 50 with fins, as 3 X
1 X 50 free/back with paddles on 1:10
1 X 50 free with paddles on 1:10
1 X 50 free/back, no paddles, on 1:20
1 X 50 free, no paddles, on 1:20

·            50 easy, no fins
100 breast, alt. 25 flutter drill / 25 normal
50 easy

·            12 X 25 with fins, on 50 sec., alternating:
25 fly / 25 breast pull

·            100 easy, no fins

·            2 X 100 IM fast + 50 easy choice on 4:00
