Workout: mardi, 24-01-17

Lane 7 & 8

Mardi, 24-01-17

·            400 swim, every 4th 25: no free

·            4 X 100 pull free (or swim) on 1:50
Descending, with “big steps”

·            100 IM, kick, without a board
Focus: fast feet & body position

·            8 X 25 alternating 1:30 and 1 minute:
25 sculling, as fast as you can
Dive - 25 swimming, as fast as you can

·            100 easy, slow movements w. good strokes

·            10 X 25 on 1:00, one stroke + 50 easy choice
3 X 25: fast, with low count
3 X 25: faster, with higher count
4 X 25: don’t count, just go faster!

·            Repeat previous set for a second stroke


·            Swim down: 100 easy                      1900
