200 IM, drills of your choice

·            16 X 25 on 45 seconds as:
4 X 25: drill
4 X 25: build from slow to fast
4 X 25: breakout & perfect to 15m
4 X 25: all perfect & fast

·            50 easy

·            12 X 50 on 1:00, alternating:
50: 25 perfect as above, 25 smooth
50: 25 smooth, 25 perfect from above

·            50 easy

·            8 X 100 on 1:45, alternating:
100 fast and perfect (see above J)
100 smooth, choice


·            Swim down: 8 X 25                          2700
