400 kick, choice, w. fins (300 if no fins)

·           8 X 100 pull on 1:45 as:
2 X 100 with left hand paddle only
2 X 100 with right hand paddle only
4 X 100 with both paddles

·           200 easy, no free

·           4 rounds of:

150 moderate on 2:30
100 fast on 1:30
50 faster on 40 (45)

·           Swim down: 8 X 25, alt. perfect/easy
