·           2 X 100 breast, counting – rest 30 sec.

·           15 X 50 as 3 rounds of:
4 X 50 free on 1:05 (1:00)
1 X 50 easy, no free on 1:40 (1:30)

·           2 X 400 free, pull & paddles, on 8:30
Descending 1 to 2

·           Swim down: 100 easy, choice
