·            400 swim, choice

·            6 X 75 free on 1:20            descending 1 to 6
As: 2 X 75 swim
       2 X 75 pull
       2 X 75 with fins


·            8 X 25 choice on 50 seconds
All out for: 4 – 5 – 6 – 7 – 8 – 9 – 10 cycles
              (# 8 is easy)


·            4 X         200 broken, 10 sec. rest every 50
(Goal: race pace)
+ 50 to 150 easy, choice
On 8 minutes


·            300 choice, practice smooth turns
