·            4 X 200 as:
       - 200: alt. 25 free / 25 back, on 3:45
Each 25: 2/3 normal, 1/3 band & fast
- 200: alt. 25 breast / 25 free, on 4:00
Each 25: ½ drill, ½ normal (B: flutter, F: c.up)
- 200: alt. 25 free / 25 back or fly, on 3:45
- 200: alt. 25 breast / 25 free, on 4:00

·            3 rounds of:
4 X 50 or 100, on 2:00, effort: from 8.5 to 10
1 X 50 easy on 2:00

·            Swim down: 150 easy
