·            400 swim, choice

·            8 X 100 free, pull (& paddles?) as;
2 X 100 on 2:05
6 X 100 on 1:55

·            200 choice as;
Each 50: 40m swim mod. / 10m kick fast

·            50 easy

·            5 X 50 timed, all out, from a dive? On 6:00
(with easy swimming between the 50’s)

·            100 easy

·            1 X 100 all out, for time

·            Swim down: 5 X 50 with 20 seconds rest
Slow but perfect technique
