·            400 swim choice, every 4th 25: drag fingers

·            6 X 100 IM with fins on 2:00 as 2 rounds of:
100 IM kicking drills
100 IM ½ 25 left fist, ½ 25 right fist
100 IM normal

·            6 X 50 free (pull & paddles if desired)
2 X 50 on 50, 2 X 50 on 45, 2 X 50 on 40

·            100 easy, choice

·            Fitness Challenge:
10 X 100 on 2:00 for best average

·            100 easy
8 X 25 choice on 50 seconds
Each 25: from smooth to fast
