·            400 swim, choice

·            Fin set – 16 X 50 as:
4 X 50 kick on 1:20
4 X 50 swim, 15m fly, 35m free on 1:15
4 X 50 kick on 1:10
4 X 50 swim, 15m bk, 35m free on 1:05

·            200 as: 50 easy, 100 breast drill, 50 easy
Drill: pull, kick, 4 or 5 flutter & repeat

·            6 X alternating:   150 fast on 2:45
50 moderate on 1:45

·            Stroke count set:
6 X 50, alternating:     50 no free on 1:30
                                    50 free on 1:20

·            Swim down: 100 easy
