·            400 swim, choice

·            Fin set # 1:
2 rounds of:
4 X 50 kick choice, fast, w. bucket on 1:15
2 X 50 swim choice, mod, no bucket on 1:15

·            4 X 100 pull free on 2:20 as:
50 low count / 50 build

·            150 with fins, each 50: 25 sculling / 25 swim

·            Fin set # 2:
8 X 100 choice, on 3:00, 2 rounds of:    
100: 50 fast – 50 smooth
100: 40 faster – 60 smooth
100: 30 as fast as you can – 70 easy
100: 20 even faster – 80 easy

·            Swim down: 150 easy, choice
