·            4 X 300 with 30 seconds rest as:
300 swim, choice
300 IM: 4 X (25 kick / 25 drill / 25 swim)
300 pull free, every 3rd 25: with kick
300 kick with fins, alt. 25 fly / 25 back

·            Back & breast technique set:
2 rounds of:
3 X 50 back-breast on 1:20
At 90% speed + good technique

·            100 easy, choice

·            Fly & free technique set:
2 rounds of:
3 X 50 fly-free on 1:20, with fins
At 90% speed + good technique

·            100 easy
