·           6 X 100 with 15 seconds rest, alt.:
100 free / 100 IM
       2 X 100 swim
       2 X 100 kick with fins
       2 X 100 swim with fins

·           3 rounds of:
12 X 25 on 45 seconds +
100 easy, choice on 3:00
1st round: IM, focus on technique
2nd round: IM, at 90% speed
3rd round: choice, faster

·           6 X 50 pull, free on 1:05
Each 50: 25 moderate / 25 fast

·           Swim down: 100 easy
